I’m Ashley Stroup, a Kansas City–based real estate agent serving the KC metro and licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, new construction, resale, acreage, renovations, relocation, and investment properties, and I’m passionate about guiding my clients with honesty, education, and genuine support from start to finish.
 
Before real estate, I worked in education, and that background continues to shape how I serve my clients today. I love teaching, explaining the process, and making sure you feel confident every step of the way. Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time—but it doesn’t have to be confusing. My goal is for you to feel informed, empowered, and excited about your next move.
 
Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to three young kids and live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with my husband. I understand busy schedules, real-life logistics, and how important it is to work with someone who truly gets it. I also love everything Kansas City—from our neighborhoods to our local gems—and enjoy helping clients feel connected to the area they call home.
